Frequencies to heal (and more..)

Healing... Who knew this was such a multifaceted quest? Today, we're exploring frequencies & a little bit about why they're so important! (Nov 16th)

I wasn't surprised at all when, in a recent conversation with Ellen about energy, frequencies and beliefs, she said she has recently heard a conversation that mentioned that instead of looking at raising your energy, you should really pay attention to what it is that keeps on lowering them!

How brilliant is that!

It was also brilliant because I had already started writing, or contemplating this week's email, and her comment felt like an important piece of the puzzle we are about to discuss.

Point in favour of RAISING your energy:

Well, this is really a quick win. If your energies are down and you're feeling like the whole world is against you, OR that wherever you lay your eyes, another challenge pops its head, then raising your energy can be just the thing.

If you're in a dysregulated place, and challenges are constantly in your face, raising your energy will help bring a wave of fresh air to help you get on a higher vibration, from which some of the challenges might not feel so overwhelming anymore, or you might not even notice them from your new (even if temporary height).

How to raise your energy?

1. Listen to Hertz frequencies of your choice (See below for a list of helpful HERTZ frequencies)
2. Go out into nature
3. Sing along to a favourite song
4. Connect with special people
5. Have a lovely hot shower or a swim in the ocean - your call
6. Be in SERVICE (volunteer or help someone without expecting anything in return...)

Point in favour of removing whatever is blocking your energy:
This option is by far the better one, as it not only means you are in a place where you're ready to look at what is holding you back (mind, body or soul), and do the work to get things shifted, but also that you are ready for a better future for yourself, one that no longer contains current emotions, patterns or obstacles.

How to identify what lowers your energy?

1. Diet - sugar, alcohol, processed foods, gluten...
2. Movement - sitting down, minimal walking, everything is within hand-reach
3. Toxins and pathogens - what is your environment like? Inside and out?
4. Trapped emotions and trauma - are you trapped in a loop ruminating on the past and injustice?
5. Alignment - are you actively taking steps to do more of what makes you happy, recognising the fears and limitations that are holding you back and taking steps to create the happy version of yourself you keep dreaming about?
6. Blockage - what fears do you have about stepping into your best version? What is constantly tagging at the edge of your attention for you to wave it off and ignore it? What would you do, or be, if really, no one was looking?
