You want it, you dream about it, but you're not getting it... How come? Here's something you can actually do to bring it on! (March 15th 2026)
For many years, my dad was a bus driver on the only route that connected our place of residence with the big, wide world. As such, he used to come home in the evening, filled with stories, anecdotes or jokes he'd hear from his passengers.
One such joke was this:
A man talks to God and says, "Two months ago, my friend John won the lottery." Last month, my friend Seema won the lottery. Why can't you make me win the lottery as well?'
God replied: 'If only you bought a ticket, you'd win, too'!!
I was reminded of this joke as I was preparing for this email, which is all about creating your own mind movie, and the first thing you need to do is an actual action... Not a massive one, mind, but one that will help you create the mind movie that is the right and absolute best - for you.
What is a mind movie?
Great question!
Last week, we spoke about the self-image and the upper limit, both of which described where we are at right now in life, even if we really wished we could be someplace else.
The mind movie is one way of helping you create where you want to be, by being a slightly easier way of visualisation than just playing things out in your mind. Here, you actually get to create the movie for yourself, and one you can play again and again, until your subconscious mind integrates it and helps get the results you want, for you.
The steps:
1. Define your goals: what do you want to manifest? Being healthy? Wealthy? Confident? One part of a brilliant coupleship? Friendship?
2. Gather the visuals: If you can, I recommend going on Canva and finding images, videos and powerful affirmations that talk to that version of you that you wish to become.
3. Add uplifting music: music that helps you get into the zone and inspires you into your next chapter. These Hertz frequencies can help: 432 Hz and 528 Hz
4. Play your mind video every day, for at least 21 days, and notice the shifts that are happening.
Comments:
1) You can create this on Canva or any other editing software you have, OR go offline and do this as a hands-on moodboard. In this case, choose your music and go through each image, taking it in and creating your future image based on the one you are looking at. See what you'd look like in this version, feel what you'll feel, be that future version of yourself.
2) You can create a different mind-movie for each part of your life, if this feels right - your life, your movie, your choice!
Why is this working?
Our subconscious mind needs our conscious input to help direct it towards the stuff we want: health, wealth, confidence, etc. If we don't consciously feed it positive things, it goes by default to what we spend most time on, mostly our fears, negative emotions and worries. It's not for nothing that they say - you attract what your energy goes to.
This kind of movie helps tell your subconscious mind what you want it to do, and it, in turn, will go out and make sure to give you what you're asking. Just like that lottery ticket from earlier, you just need to ask and be clear about what you want.

I was sad to hear of the passing of Howard Brown, whom I interviewed on my podcast over a year ago. At that time, Howard had just beaten cancer for the second time, and he created a whole movement of helping people with cancer find a brighter path to healing.
I reconnected with Howard sometime ago, when he was diagnosed with cancer for the 3rd time. The first two times, he beat the cancer with the help of stem cell therapy, but the third time wasn't to be. I didn't know this, but he passed away in November just gone, leaving a real legacy behind him.

![]() | I came, I sat, I conquered. In truth, I was not allowed on the bed, and the photo you see is the honest equivalent of other photos you might see of people standing at the top of Mount Everest. Anyway, once I was on the bed and had posed for the photo, I then continued to arrange the bed, making it a perfect nest for the people coming in after me. I must tell you, they didn't appreciate my efforts as much as they should have, but at least I was true to myself and did what felt right. |
I work extensively with people to help them transform their lives from fears, limitations and compromises, to harmony, alignment and joy, or in other words, helping people find natural healing to mind, body and soul.
